Granite, marble, travertine, onyx, limestone, and slate are among the most popular choices.

4. Which stone is best for exterior facades?

Durable stones like granite and travertine are ideal because they withstand weather conditions better.

5. Do natural stones require special maintenance?

Some stones, like marble and limestone, are more delicate and need special care and cleaning products. Granite and travertine are generally more resistant.

Yes, the natural colors and patterns are permanent, but factors like direct sunlight or excessive moisture may cause slight changes over the years.

9. Is natural stone suitable for flooring?

Yes, especially granite and marble. However, factors like resistance to wear and slip resistance should be considered.

10. How can I tell if a stone is truly natural?

Natural stones usually have unique veins, color variations, and a heavier weight compared to artificial stones. The safest way is to purchase from a trusted supplier.

11. Do you sell retail (single slabs) and provide cutting/installation services?

Yes, we also sell individual slabs from our London Collection stock for retail customers. While we don’t carry out fabrication and installation directly, we work with a wide network of professional fabricators across the UK. Based on your location, we can connect you with a trusted fabricator who will handle the cutting, finishing, and installation for your kitchen, flooring, fireplace, or other projects.

12. How can I order a stone that is not listed in your London Collection?

If the stone you want is not included in our London Collection, the minimum order requirement is one full pallet, which equals ten slabs of that stone. Alternatively, you can combine different stones into a single pallet. The minimum order is always one pallet (ten slabs in total).

13. Does using natural stone add value to my property?

Absolutely. Installing natural stone in flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, or fireplaces adds significant value to a property. When an evaluator assesses your home or villa, the use of natural stone is considered a premium feature that often increases the overall market value beyond the cost of installation.

14. For large projects, is it more cost-effective to use natural stone or artificial materials like quartz and ceramics?

Since we are a direct producer and supplier, we offer highly competitive prices for large projects—often comparable to artificial materials like quartz or ceramics. Choosing natural stone not only brings the same price advantage but also adds a sense of luxury and higher value to your project, making it a smarter investment in the long run.

15. How long does delivery take once I place an order?

For stones from our London Collection, delivery typically takes 1-10  business days depending on your location.

For special orders from outside the London Collection, delivery usually takes 70 to 100 business days from the date of your payment.
